Once heated, leave the gel pad in the microwave for 1 minute before removing
it.
The surface temperature of the gel pad, when heated according to these
instructions, will be approximately 35° C.
If you accidently overheat the product it will start
to deform after approx 10 minutes heating and eventually
the casing will leak, allowing very hot liquid to leak
out. If this happens, in no circumstances should
you attempt to touch or remove the product until the
liquid has hardened. Once hard, the liquid can be
removed from solid surfaces by scraping with a suitable
implement or softening with hot water.
Do not experiment or deviate from these instructions.
Keep these instructions safely for future reference.
Always visually check the gel pad before removing
from the microwave.
When used correctly, the contents of the gel pad will
remain solid. Only if over heated will the
contents start to liquefy and the casing begin to
soften.
Do not re-heat the gel pad until it is completely
cold.
It is advisable to replace the gel pad after two
years' use.
